Program
VertigoAssist report delivery. A transactional program that texts a caller a secure link to the summary report generated from their automated symptom-intake call.
How you opt in
Opt-in is verbal and caller-initiated. You call the VertigoAssist toll-free line and complete an automated symptom interview. Before the call ends, the system asks whether you would like your report texted to the number you called from. A text is sent only if you say yes. See the Opt-in page for the exact script.
What to expect
- Message frequency: one message per call you place, sent only when you request it.
- Message content: a secure link to your visit summary report.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive no further texts.

Your privacy
