To conduct the automated symptom interview and generate your summary report.
To deliver your report by text message when you request it on a call.

SMS text-message program

If you verbally agree on a call, we send a single text with a secure link to your report, to the number you called from. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is transactional (generally one message per call you place).

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information — including your phone number and your text-messaging opt-in and consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third party.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the service and as permitted by law — for example, with service providers who help us operate our platform and deliver messages, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. As stated above, we do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
