SMS Opt-in Workflow

VertigoAssist LLC • Last updated: August 11, 2026
VertigoAssist uses a verbal, caller-initiated opt-in. There is no marketing list and no web sign-up form — a caller is asked, on the call, whether to text their report. This page documents that flow.

The consent script

System — call start
“Thank you for calling VertigoAssist. I’ll ask you some questions about your dizziness to prepare a summary for your doctor.”
Caller
Completes the automated dizziness / vertigo symptom interview by phone.

What the caller receives (only after opting in)

“VertigoAssist: your visit summary is ready. Secure link: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Summary

Consent is verbal, caller-initiated, and specific to a single transaction. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. One message is sent per call, to the originating caller’s number, and only on an affirmative response. STOP honors opt-out immediately; HELP returns contact information. See Messaging & Consent and our Privacy Policy for full terms.
